It is completely independent of 2.5 G and 3G and therefore MCOM has to get permits to install cells all over the place and maintain the proprietary system itself...

levy, yes Ricochet is completely independent of 2.5 and 3G. My company builds PCS cell sites and MCOM WAP sites, sometimes sharing the same towers, but they are completely different systems.
