I must say, I agree with CRL. I don't believe GX is getting bought out here, especially for $38 - though maybe some kind of strategic investment by DT or partial ownership may a possibility. As rumors go, I guess the "DT buyout" is always good for a re-tread - who cares, good for trading, LOL!

do you really believe that winnick et al would not take a price a price higher than today but lower than what could've been had in the bubble days of march? for example, would yahoo take a bid at 100 today? damn right they would even though that is less than 1/2 their march highs. to not believe that the march price of gx at 60 was out of whack is to dispute the obvious
