your trying to push that this was was a big majority--the remedy was the CRITICAL issue---that's one that GAVE Bush the presidency,and that was a strictly political divide of the conservative versus the liberal justices,a 5-4..max

i am glad to see CNN's Bierbauer is now just stressing the 5-4 vote ,and that the apocalyptic tone of the dissent has put the reputation of the SC in question,itself---he is ignoring,as all should,the 7-2 part--but see Baker just referred to the 7-2,in accord with the continuious spin factor in all politics.max
