Let me see if I can make my point more clearly. Klock, when arguing before the U.S. Supreme Court asserted that the voters had to follow the instructions stating the voter had to check to assure the chads had punched through cleanly. Klock made this argument in support of Bush, even though numerous courts have already ruled such pinpointed attention from voters is not required.

So now crosscut to Seminole County. Would Klock make the same argument that voters must follow instructions? The request forms the Republicans submitted clearly stated that they had to provide their Voter IDs.

The Seminole County absentee voteres in question did not follow the instrucitons, just as the voters in other counties didn't follow instructions by not checking to see if their chads had punched through cleanly.

Were the Seminole County case to reach the U.S. Supreme Court, would the court take into account Klock's argument?
