Not necessarily. Gore can always become the next spokesman for Viagra! (Speaking of which, I wonder if Dole would have done better in 96 had he shown his humorous side more often during his campaign.)

By the way, Hillary said she's not running in 2004. Maybe Gore should save what he has left and run again in 2004.
