Tim, may I trouble you to write to Barrett, Grove, and other mngt exactly what you wrote here? I think when you are wealthy, interacted only with other engineers your whole adult life, and moving in the rarified air of upper mngt, it is extraordinarily difficult to be in tune with Joe Public. Not many businesspeople OR politicians can do it on a consistently successful basis. I think letters from you and me can help cut thru the accumulated padding and bureacracy, especially if you were to write on your company letterhead. If we don't do it, who will? Gary
