Management's acceptance of a bid is not the whole story; we the shareholders would vote on such a proposal. Correct me if I'm wrong, but with GX isn't there an unusually low percentage of institutional ownership and an unusually high degree of GX employee/insider ownership? I would think that employees/insiders with a real grasp of both day to day realities and tremendous future prospects would be less inclined to take the quick buck and more inclined to wait for big bucks in the longer term.
