Some places won't let you set "stops" per se on options. Set limit orders accordingly, just like with stocks.

You were talking about setting stop orders on calls when you leave town in case something horrible happens. I'd love to be corrected, but my understanding is that this isn't possible, i.e., you cannot set stop orders on calls.
