Be sure to use the Boston farm for options data, since the Snyvale and Herndon server farms have not been upgraded to the higher bandwidth Comstock feed. Hmmmmm, I guess I'm not to speed either. I thought they were all upgraded now. The option problem you are referring to can be solved by moving your connection to Boston. The Network Update site (http://www.quote.com/quotecom/about/cserv/network_update.asp)has more info on that under Data Feed Bandwidth. This note/link you posted yesterday now takes you/me to the Quote.com main page. I'm sure the network update page is in there somewhere but I'll be danged if I can find it.

Given the horrendous performance of the Boston servers for weeks, I find it hard to believe that they were ever even upgraded. What is the deal? When can we expect qcharts to fulfill the scores of upgrade promises that have been made so many times since Lycos took over? 99
