Fair enough. And, yes, it was hypothetical: How would the U.S. Supreme Court reconcile Klock's argument that the voters must follow instructions were the Seminole and Martin County cases before it.

Unless outright fraud was discovered, the U.S. Court would rule the absentee ballots should count. Why? Because precedent exists all over the country stating they should count. Klock's argument was based on anti-Gore matters and not on merit. Yet another example of prejudice coming from the office of the Floridian secretary of state which did its utmost to inhibit, impede and disallow Gore's request for a recount.
