Dave, if it did not matter which party set the standards, then I would think you would have supported what Judge Burton and the PB canvassing board set. Gore and his lawyers did not. They thought that they should use the very loosest standards.

If you cannot see the hypocrisy there, then you are a blind man.

I would point out that the "confusing ballot" was designed and approved by democrats.

Was not that confusing anyway, for as we now know the whole thing was drummed up by Bob Wexler and a telemarketing company.
