It is this element that elevates SeminoleGate to the level of a criminal conspiracy. I think there will may be some RICO charges thrown in with the state charges.

Those guys are going to have a tough time in jail.

No, the Republican absentee ballots were not accepted until the ID numbers were filled in. It shouldn't be any different for the Democrats, who, after submitting corrected applications, would have gotten absentee ballots. Further, as was pointed out in one of the court cases, many of those who didn't get absentee ballots went to the polls and voted in person.
