Can't log onto my Account on the Qcharts web page to add an exchange. For two days now after typing the user name and password that logs me onto Qcharts, the web page just hangs up and doesn't load. What should I do to access my account settings?

Data for Dec 3 has been corrupted today. It was ok yesterday, but today the charts are showing a giant one day island reversal which never took place.
