It didn't take them to long to come up with a "new" technology <bg>. Boy, they sure didn't! They must have been reading our posts! Seriously, the new catalytic convertors won't be phased in until 2002, and then not on all units at once. But I recall that Pd replaced Pt in the convertors because Pd was less expensive. Now the tables are turned. Pd took a big hit today on the spot market, but interestingly PAL did not. Sleeper
