Tony, SWMAY ponied up $10M to buy into 51% ownership of their JV with GUMM to compensate GUMM's IP. That isn't exactly pocket change.

You are pretty naive if you think that $1.625 million is the end of the money from P&G. Gum Tech makes dental gum and it is obvious that P&G is getting ready to sell it. Duh. Based on expected sales that P&G requires for new products, and information from analysts regarding the size of the dental gum market, Gum Tech's gum operations will be profitable once they start making gum for P&G. Based on information in Gum Tech's press releases and SEC filings, that will occur early next quarter at the latest, and they might even start shipping it this quarter. Also, some of that $1.625 million will make it to Gum Tech's bottom line this quarter. It depends on how much they spent on equipment. You can also look forward to shipments of nicotine gum next quarter, and it won't be chump change.
