What implied ideology? Joe was asked why would Bush not want the recount. He replied with a couple of reasons including the fact that Bush might not want to take the risk. The belief that Bush might not want to take the risk can be held by someone of any ideology.

What ideology? Gore would start the recount well behind (since the dimple votes would have to be thrown out). Probably 700 - 900 votes behind. Based on this, his odds of overtaking Bush are very small, smaller IMO than 1 in 6 that my post implied using dice analogy.
