OT You can say that again. I'm off line at least once every few days. I can count on a day or two solid of lost time every month.

When I call them, I now tell them the diagnosis so I don't have to go through wasting time checking my computers. (It's usually "routing problems" which I know to mean "ain't my job.")

I know these are all relatively new technologies and one can't invest based on whether they are perfect or not. (In fact, I'm in the big 3, now very little 3, DSL plays for a turn around so I'm trying to be objective here.)

All I know right now is that I'll be one of the first to sign up here in Boston for R2 and I can't imagine it being worse than DSL. At least I'll be able to roam around between clients, office and home. I won't need two DSL lines and I certainly won't need the Vz phone browser on my QCOM 960. The local cable company doesn't yet offer cable internet so I really don't see any other reasonable alternative.

I could probably sell 25-50 R2 to friends, clients and traders I know who all tell me the same thing concerning their access.
