Look at who's saying what... ``There was a rumor last night that they're going to pre-announce but there's no specific evidence of that,'' said Paul Sagawa, analyst at Sanford Bernstein. ``I think that the state of overall spending and demand in this fourth quarter is pretty poor and we're going to see difficult times for a lot of companies in this sector,'' said Sagawa. ``So it wouldn't surprise me if Nortel was having more difficulty than they had thought.'' Paul Sagawa...is he still getting his clients in Lu? I bet he pats himself on the back since LU has gone from 15 to 20..however, it has plunged from 80 to 20. When will people stop listening to these rumors and look at the company's guidance... Simply unbelievable... And this is what Nortel is saying.... The company has reaffirmed its fourth-quarter financial forecast several times, most recently at a bullish investors conference in Boston last month. What else would an investor want?
