But let me spell it out again... Yes, it is UNCONSTITUTIONAL, AND A VIOLATION OF THE EQUAL PROTECTION PROVISIONS OF THE CONSTITUTION for votes to be arbitrarily deemed to be "legal votes" when reasonable doubt exists as to the actual choice of the voter.

Clear intent of the voter MUST BE INTERPRETED as REMOVING AND ELIMINATING all reasonable doubt about the voter's actual intent.

That means you can't say that that, just because the voter voted democrat or republican in the non-presidential elections, they intended to vote for the same party for president.

Doing so CLEARLY VIOLATES AND DILUTES the status of votes cast throughout the nation that WERE NOT scrutinized in this manner.

Yes, it is unconstitutional.
