Look for media to soon feature bashers of O&G biz laying ground - for Clinton to declare a national emergency and issue an executive order estab price "temporary" price controls on NG & HO as his farewell present to us(g). My guess is that we have till mid-Jan, after people get their Dec bills which will be featured on camera, along with footage of families huddled together in their homes bundled up in winter coats and blankets. Clinton's move will also be a political ploy to put Bush on the defensive before he even takes office. The Democrat left in Congress will then attack Bush as soon as he tries to end controls and give incentives to increase exploration. They'll try and demagogue incentives as more "welfare for the rich". Hope am wrong. We'll see. Isopatch
