RE:"count all the votes".

Well if this election proved one thing, it is that even though all votes count,
SUPREME COURT VOTES COUNT A LOT MORE THAN YOUR VOTE!! LOL

Vote Jesse Ventura for president in 2004!!

The Bush team did want the overvotes examined. It can be found in their court filings. Not out of fraud charges but since there are ballots with Bush punches and Bush write in's which have been DQ'd. There is no question of clear intent.

It also makes sense to look at over votes because if a dimple can create a vote it is only fair to DQ it. ;-) At least under the Broward standard that would be true.

The fraud question in Palm Beach has been discussed but has been drowned in the rest of the story.

It does warrant, at least a preliminary investigation, 19000 is a very high number. I would not allege fraud at this point however, just peek under the covers if you will.

If 95% of those ballots had most of the holes punched for republicans, then someone covertly double punched them. That should be determined beyond a shadow of a doubt. A double punched card for libertarians, a double punched cards for the republicans. And less than 1/2% double punched for the demos. Go figure....

The evidence of fraud could not be conclusive, but what would you make of it statistically if it was found that 15,000 of the 19,000 PB Co. double-punches were Bush-Gore double-punches and there were essentially zero Gore-Buchanan double-punches?
