the halving included effects of 500+ delistings, of the RHAT's of the naz going from 150 to 5, etc, though these weightings are small, they are still there...then we still need the other halving, the one that comes when CSCO, MSFT, INTC are halved again and EMLX, MCDT, NTIQ, AVNX, or "name your own bloated pig here", go to the lower double digits
