I agree. I'd bet Gore publicly concedes, but gives the nod to his supporters to do anything deemed as neccisary. Of course he's not going to get his hands dirty. Dems aren't stoopit, they got good lawyers....

i agree with you on the odds. however, there IS a campaign going on to influence electors in favor of Gore, although he says he has nothing to do with it...which may be true.

anyway, like you say, we'll know tonight. since they stopped 'counting' , it appears he has given up.
