Thats one of the things that baffles me about rmbs.....They could be a cash machine like no other. Collecting royalties by the bundle and all sorts of stuff......Considering they are an IP company, with little overhead, the literally could be a churning, burning, cash making entity. On the flip side, they rely on making their money from customers that would prefer not to be a "customer". In other words....nobody is running around saying " I am thrilled to have to pay rmbs royalties"......so their whole business is based on hoping the courts make their "customers" pay. Again, this could be a good thing if rmbs turns into a money making machine, but again, it's scary seeing their whole business revolve around court battles and customers that would prefer not pay.......very odd situation.
