I don't want to beat a dead dog, and I was impressed by our reliance on law, as imperfect as it is, BUT, on the other hand, I was dismayed to read that Scalia's son worked in the same law firm that represented Bush.

When I was a public official, it was standard that we not only avoid impropriety, but the appearance of impropriety. I failed to get Scalia's email address to inquire how he justified the apparent impropriety. Anyone have his address?

I do wish Bush luck, and obviously hope he does a good job.
