Keith, that is exactly how I look at it. I figure it is a homerun or worthless. If they lose in Court, I think you will see companies work to develop DDR or something besides R-Dram to avoid royalty payments. If they settle or win against Micron or Infineon, I think you will see R-Dram dominate because companies will have to pay Rambus so they might as well use the best product. Good luck I am hoping for a homerun.
