That would indicate to me someone who for whatever reason was unable to break the perforations. But I wouldn't go to the mat for it. Neither would I... For if someone can't perforate the chads (god I'm really starting to hate that word..), and doesn't have the common sense to see that they didn't perforate any of the chads, then I would have to question the competence of that voter, if only on the basis of not following instructions. Call me harsh, but close only counts in horseshoes and hand grenades.... :0) Anyway, this thing will all be over this evening and we can all start focusing on what needs to be done over the next four years... (like putting Jessa Jackson in a straight jacket and muzzle.. :0) Regards, Ron
