Peace, you may be missing the point of these "announcments." They are to get us to buy when they are selling and to get us to sell when they are buying. We are the sheep; they are the shepards. You might consider this cynical, but my close following of the markets for the last three years has confirmed my suspicion many times. Still, I like your hopeful note that they are following the fundamentals and that leads them to these slow conclusions. You might well be right. Cheers!
