Where is the buy-back? Remember the announcement that cpq's board approved up to $1 billion for stock buy-back program? Maybe, just maybe, it hasn't been implemented yet because MC and gang knew the warning was coming and figured they could get the stock cheaper after the warning! On the other hand, maybe the missed $1 billion in sales is not missing at all but rather has merely been funneled into a top secret account to be used to fund the stock buy-back program (they'll need some pretty creative accounting to get away with that trick) jajajaja.
