Q based for a couple of months, and JDSU hasn't done that yet. It is a matter of trying to figure out timing. On the other hand, JDSU hasn't had all the FUD that Q has had.

More importantly, JDSU doesnt look to have the same type of earnings slump that Qualcomm had this year. Qualcomm was hit by a variety of factors (Delayed China rollout, Korean subsidy ban) which hurt their short-term performance. As these factors have been resolved, Qualcomm's share price has recovered (slowly).

The same will be true for JDSU....it all depends on the earnings.
