Yep Harris's authority has been fully restored and she is totally vindicated. Had Algore and the FSC let her do her job there would have been plenty of time to conduct a fair contest and Al would have been on some very high ground. Truth is he knew he could not win state wide. Notice that although he picked the 3 counties with the highest number of under votes, he skipped over several punch card counties that had much higher undervote numbers than the forth county he chose, Volusia. Reason was simple. Volusia was democratically controlled as with the other 3. The others were Republican.
