CB .. overvotes ..

To my surprise, I found that some black leaders agree with me, and the United States Supreme Court, that it was a violation of the Equal Protection Clause not to count the overcounts.

The 'overvotes' category was not contested because
these are the 'spoiled' ballots and there is no
way to determine how many voters who

1) created a 'overvote' by double punching the ballot
2) realized that they made a mistake and
3) requested a new ballot and sucessfully cast a vote

There are no legal votes to cull from the 'overvotes' category .. hence no contest from either side ..
that's why the focus was on the 'undervotes'

There's no such thing as a valid vote in the 'overvotes'
category as they are 'spoiled' ballots by definition ..
The Equal Protection Clause has no meaning here ..
