Your statement reminds me of the following story.

Henry Ford was suing a newspaper for slander. He had been called illiterate. The big shot opposing attorney started asking Ford questions. After a particularly tough question that Ford could not answer, the attorney turned to the jury and stated that Ford was, indeed, illiterate.

Ford's attorney asked Ford, "What would you do at work if someone asked you that question?" Ford stated, "On my desk is an intercom with four buttons. I'd simply punch a button and one of my aids would answer. In five minutes, I'd have the RIGHT answer".

Believe it or not, Ford won his case hands down.
