Unfortunately, the English alphabet does not provide a letter "c" with a tilde "~" over it or in some cases a double dot ".." that exists in some slavic alphabets, so his last name did come out funny on the headline there. I would also like to caution Volkswagen to re-badge their popular model of "Passat" with intent of selling it in Russia, since "Passat" literally means "to have a piss" in Russian. So a potential customer who walks into a Volkswagen dealership in Russia and simply requests "I want a Passat" could be misconstrued as a request to use a restroom on the premises.
