Speaking of allegations which have nothing to do with truth, here is a guy who says that strict constructionists claim that the 13th, 14th and 15th Amendments to the Constitution are illegal, and if strict constructionists form a majority on the court they will reimpose the old part of the Constitution that alloted Congressional representation based on 3/5 of the black population. So I think there is plenty of lunatic fringe to go around. tbwt.com
