I read where since the war he's built a lake with 600 homes around it for friends to visit while his people are dying. 28,000 bottles of booze, 10,000 12 packs of beer and about the same in wine for his parties each MONTH while his people are starving. I thought alcohol was verboten under Islamic rules.
