Why do you say that? I realize more blacks than whites support affirmative action, but I think roughly only 75% of blacks are in favor of affirmative action. Aren't people allowed to have their own opinions? Do all black people have to think alike?

Not to harp on a single issue, but the California Supreme Court actually had a case where a black woman justice voted to end affirmative action policies. Yet, the Cheif Justice dissented and pointed out the difference between policies aimed towards subjecting one race to the tyranny of another and a policy aimed towards leveling the imbalance caused by those policies.
