Brian,

Gore's going to be a busy man.

From the KNIP news wire.......

MORE BREAKING NEWS................In addition to updating the Internet, Vice President Al Gore announced today that after he steps down from office, he is planning on doing his own manual recount of all Florida's election ballots. The V.P. said, "When I say 'Not one vote goes uncounted', I mean just that"!

Officials estimate that it will take the then ex-V.P. about 4 years to do the recount by himself, 8 years if he attempts to interpret hanging chad, and 12 years if he includes "dimpled" chad. V.P. Gore had no comment on what he would do with the results of his recount.

Heir apparent to the Presidency, George W. Bush, when told about the planned Gore recount, mentioned something about "Placing the results where the sun doesn't shine", presumably referring to storing the results in some state other than Florida.

Regards,

Knip
