CB,

I don't sense any strong endorsement of the Democrats by your assertion that entrepeneurs vote Republican.

And none was intended. :) You may recall, I'm an 'independent', whose last party affiliation was "verde". Don't think I'm any kind of a fan of Al Gore. I'm not. My position is that Dubya's handlers stole this election in a most nefarious and un-democratic fashion. I'm for fair play, not any one man.

the Court hasn't ruled yet and I think they will rule that what happened was wrong. If they do, I expect you to eat some crow.
Well, I prefer pheasant, but if it takes eating crow to get the result I seek, so be it. <g> I sincerely hope you are correct (I already know you are Right) about this. But I think the Court can see that this soccer mom was a menace to society and probably uppity to Officer Turek. I think the Court could well decide that teaching the country's citizens the lesson that they must respect authority is clearly possible. I know that Rehnquist, Scalia, O'Conner and Thomas will vote this way. It's only a swing vote that could keep the court from endorsing accelerating police intrusions into the lives of citizens.
