Baloney! GI's can make some effort, too. Karen.... some of these folks are on ships participating in 6 month cruises. Are you telling me that they should be penalized because their skipper fails to get that mail run picked up and delivered in a timely manner? This goes both ways... the servicemember is obligated to fill out that ballot and have it properly witnessed before November 7th. His commander, and DOD as an agency, has the responsibility of getting that mail to its delivery point in the time required. Regards, Ron
