There really shouldn't be a problem with employee retention because of the fallen stock price because this problem exists everywhere in tech-land these days. Anyway, why would an employee leave? To go to some other company that still has a high priced stock (and thus less appreciation potential for a new employee's stock options) or else to a start-up whose IPO may never see the light of day. An InfoSpace employee would be wise to plan on making a career with the company for some years and expect that time will even out the stock's gyrations.
