The point is: Gore did not lose "fair and square." He lost the election because seven members of the U.S. Supreme Court were appointed by Republicans and three of the nine are to the right of Tor Quamada. Even one of the justices said the decision is a major black eye for the judicial system in this country. Geraldo Rivera didn't say this. Allen Dershowitz didn't say this. A sitting justice of the U.S. Supreme Court said this! Sad day for America. What goes 'round comes 'round.
