currently i happen to think it's pointless. yes, the circumstantial evidence clearly points to collusion and manipulation in the market, but i doubt they can really prove it. their only hope is (so they say themselves, and i agree) that there may be witnesses afraid of committing perjury (though Bubba showed us there's nothing to be afraid of...it's sort of the de rigeur thing these days). rats jumping ship in short. i wish them luck, they're going to need it. powerful enemies await. interesting though that they made this public the very moment Shrubs looked to be the election winner...
