Yep, 7 for the pump and 8 for the auto loader. Hold the gun in the left hand and toss the targets with the right. Hand flung so no mechanical means to keep them up longer. Switch hands, shoulder the gun and nail all the targets. No hitting two at once, each shot separately. Duration was on average 2.6 seconds.
