Merlot sounds good. I have concord grape vines and apple trees, so that's what I make. I'm too cheap to buy the grapes (or concentrate). <g> Didn't make any apple this year- but it's not my favorite anyway. I've tried mixing them, but that was a big mistake. Have 3 gallons of concord ready to bottle in a couple of weeks. Here's to the winemakers. glug, glug. <bg> Have you been making wine long?
