Welcome to the porch and the only stupid question is the one you do not ask......make your self at home....there is usually someone around to help you....just fire away and do not feel intimidated. You just got lucky this is one of the friendiness, helpful thread on SI. Pull up a rocker and I will get yo a hot chocolate, it is a little cool tonight for a glass of lemonade. Go to a persons post and click on their name, you will have a screen come up that in the right hand upper corner which will say "Send Prive Message" click on it and a screen will come up to type in your message. on the bottom of the screen is a submit button. Click on the Submit button and you can preview your message for spelling then you can send or edit. When you are finished with your message click on Send Private Message. Hope this helps.
