Has anybody heard of any major tech company having a buy back plan since we have drop below 3000?

Good point, Whiteboy. Another thing we haven't seen in a long time. . . are IPOs. Remember when there were a dozen in a single week or even day? Perhaps the number of IPOs per week is a confirming indicator that we are in better times.
