Agree. I left out many of my thoughts, just as I am sure that Gore left out many of his thoughts.

I elected to look at the speech as something that had to be done. I do not forgive Al the pain of the last 35 days, but I also don't think I have a right to be upset that he elected to exercise his right.

I guess I got a bit more than I expected from his speech and that is enough. Now the tough job starts in about 40 minutes. These will be words that have to mean something and people will be keeping score.

I think Bush is going to surprise a lot of people. Bush may not be Lincoln (to steal from Gore), but he sure ain't no Clinton. Its going to be a positive four years.
