Hi Tom,

I just thought of that and just posted back to freeus that same info. I didn't realize the tax selling aspect. Figured any selling might come after the first to delay the tax consequences for another year. As long as they sell by the 15th of April they can still use the money for tax payments. Wonder if there is two selling periods. One now and one the first of April. Could explain why the market always tanks at that time of year.
