Is He, perhaps, going on another Himalayan retreat before addressing the masses at the Ganges. Incidently, Cellpoint (CLPT) just issued a floorless convertible. The company is good. Management was unwilling to sell more shares at its current depressed price, so the bought into illusion that a variable convertible debenture issue would give them time for the share price to recover (six months) before the conversion occured. They should just have sold shares at $10 or so a share than to issue a floorless convertible. I intend to profit from this the same way the Castle Creek Technology Investors will and invite you to join me.
